The Infrastructure of Price Per Head’s Call Center

The infrastructure of our sports betting call center at Price Per Head is one of the things that really set us apart from our competition.  This large office building was completely remodeled to meet our needs as a modern sportsbook call center.  It features two separate call centers, each with their own raised level for management staff and numerous monitors and televisions to display lines and games.  The very best phone and computer systems have been installed, with redundant technologies creating an environment in which downtime is extremely unlike, the tools required  so that our staff can respond to betting customers and their sports agents needs quickly and efficiently.

In addition, there are offices for the IT, web design, online marketing and customer service departments, all with high experienced, proficient, with hand picked call center managers and employees; ready to handle any situation or challenge .  The IT room in particular,  is heavily secured as to protect the state-of-the-art servers and computer systems.  From this room, the IT staff can monitor the power, internet and phone systems and make adjustments so that they are all always operating at maximum efficiency.  The internet marketing and web design teams utilizes cutting edge computers and software to create custom websites for our clients, any needed promotion while the customer service department is always on call to handle payment, player or any other bookmaking issues.

Our sports call center is located in San Jose, Costa Rica. Power outages tend to happen in any country, to prepare for this, we  invested in several, redundant,  industrial strength generators, same reliability standards as the ones used by hospitals, to avoid any complications.  These generators are so powerful that we can guarantee you that we will always be up and running, no matter what is going on in the surrounding areas.

We also use a variety of internet lines to make sure that your customers can always place their bets online or over the phone.  Similarly, we use a variety of phone lines as well to make sure that your customers can always place their bets via phone.  A combination of local, VOIP and satellite phones makes this possible.  While certainly not cheap to operate, we can assure you that your customers won’t be complaining to you that they can’t get in touch with us.
