Price Per Head Rules and Regulations

In order to protect ourselves and our sport betting and online casino clients, Price Per Head has established the following rules and regulations

• You must of legal age tin your jurisdiction to join Price Per Head.
• All personal information provided to Price Per Head will be kept confidential.  Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Visitor Agreement for more information.
• Each player or agent is required to identify himself/herself to the customer service representative by giving his/her account number and password every time he/she calls Price Per Head to access any information.
• Price Per Head is not held responsible for anyone who discloses their account number and/or password to another party.
• Management reserves the right to refuse any bet, from anyone, at any time.
• Price Per Head recommends that you only participate in gambling events if it is legal for you to do so according to the laws that apply where you are connecting or calling from.  Price Per Head is unable to provide you with any legal advice or assurances.
• All phone calls are recorded and saved in our data base. In the event of a dispute on a wager or other issue, all parties involved agree to be bound by the recording.
• Any player or agent who attempts to defraud Price Per Head will have their account terminated immediately and Price Per Head will not be legally responsible.
• Price Per Head reserves the right to terminate any player or agent account at any time.  Any unused portion of the deposit will be reimbursed to the member.
• If you are totally dissatisfied with the service you have received, we will consider your case.  At management’s discretion, we will refund any unused portion of your deposit.
• We recommend that players and agents review and/or print a copy of these rules and regulations, along with our Privacy Policy and Visitor Agreement, in order to avoid any future misunderstandings.
• All rules, regulations and policies are subject to change at management’s discretion.
