As a member of Price Per Head, you agree to take the appropriate measures to protect your PIN number, password and any other relevant information provided to you by us. It is in your best interest to guard your PIN number and password from unauthorized usage. We do not recommend allowing more than one person to wager on an account. If your PIN number and/or password is lost or stolen, you agree to immediately contact our staff by email (info@priceperhead.com) or by phone (1-888-774-7467).
Price Per Head will immediately freeze an account upon notification that a PIN number and/or password was lost or stolen.
By accepting this agreement, you are liable for any unauthorized use of the PIN number and/or password.
